A well-regarded regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its expanding team in Barnsley. This is a great opportunity to take on a broad and interesting caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The role will involve:
*Handling and drafting commercial leases
*Managing sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural land
*Acting on landlord and tenant matters
*Advising on secured lending, planning issues and ancillary documents
*Supporting residential development work for small to medium-sized projects
*Preparing contract packs and investigating title
*Dealing with post-completion matters and ensuring compliance
