A well-established hospitality company based in London’s West End who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly finance team within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Your new role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end purchase ledger function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
*Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
*Managing supplier accounts and maintaining strong relationships
*Preparing payment runs and supporting month-end processes
*Assisting with ad-hoc finance duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (hospitality experience is an advantage)
*Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
*Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
