£30,000 + £34,000 + Hybrid + Flexi Time + Bonus + Progression

Are you an Architectural Technician or similar with AUTOCAD knowledge?
Do you want to contribute to innovative and sustainable housing projects from master planning through to detailed planning applications while developing your career in a supportive, design-led environment?
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established architectural studio with offices across the UK, recognised for its creative design solutions and supportive working culture. The practice is highly regarded for delivering outstanding residential and regeneration projects and has been around for over 45 years.
In this role, you will contribute at all stages of the design process from feasibility layouts to full, outline, and reserved matters planning applications. You’ll produce drawings, 3D visualisations, and graphic outputs, gaining hands-on experience across the planning process.
Are you an Architectural Technician or similar with AUTOCAD experience, looking for a role that offers clear progression opportunities?
The Role:
*Prepare full, outline, and reserved matters planning application packages, including drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation
*Produce feasibility layouts, master planning drawings, and detailed planning visuals for residential and mixed-use schemes
*Create high-quality 3D visualisations and graphic presentation material to support design proposals
*Collaborate with project leaders, architects, and external consultants to coordinate design information and ensure timely planning submissions (mon-Friday- Hybrid - Flexi Hours)
The Person:
*UK-based experience working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients or national housebuilders.
*Commutable to Romsey
