Payroll Manager
Competitive salary+ car allowance
Leominster (hybrid)
Full-time/ Permanent
You will oversee the full payroll cycle, manage a small team and provide expert guidance on pay matters. The role involves ensuring compliance with legislation, maintaining strong controls and driving ongoing improvements across processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and develop the payroll team
*Deliver accurate and compliant payrolls on schedule
*Manage complex payroll queries and provide expert advice
*Oversee processing of all pay elements and statutory payments
*Maintain reconciliations, reporting and statutory submissions
*Support system improvements and payroll related projects
About You
*Strong experience in end-to-end payroll
*Proven background in leading a payroll team
*Good knowledge of payroll legislation and employment law
*Confident user of payroll systems
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail
*Clear communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships
