As an integral part of our road freight team, you’ll manage shipments, liaise with clients and transport partners, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery operations across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities *Manage road freight shipments efficiently from collection to delivery.
*Liaise with clients, keeping them informed and resolving queries promptly.
*Arrange transport bookings and maintain strong relationships with carriers and suppliers.
*Resolve operational issues to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
*Ensure all documentation, including transport instructions and compliance paperwork, is accurate.
*Collaborate with the wider team to support smooth workflow and high client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For *Previous experience in road freight, transport coordination, or logistics operations.
*Knowledge of UK and European road freight processes and documentation.
*Strong communication skills with clients, suppliers, and transport partners.
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve operational challenges.
*Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
