Level 3 Early Years Educator, Flexible Work Options – Maidenhead, Berkshire
We are looking for qualified Level 3 Early Years Educators to join our Maidenhead Nursery and clubs, with three flexible options:
Option 1
*Salary: £25,740–£28,517.08 per year
*Hours: 37.5–40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:15pm)
Option 2
*Salary: £22,492.80–£24,622.80 (pro-rata)
*Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 9:15am–6:15pm)
*Term-time only with school holidays off (optional extra work available)
Option 3
*Hours: 12–15 hours/week (Monday–Thursday/Friday, 3:00pm–6:00pm)
Contracts: Permanent | Full-time or Part-time | Nursery & After-School Clubs
Responsibilities
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
*Deliver the EYFS curriculum across nurseries and after-school clubs
*Supervise children and ensure their safety, wellbeing, and engagement
*Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
*Maintain accurate records of children’s learning and progress
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues and build strong relationships with parents
*Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive nursery environment
About You
The ideal candidate for this Early Years Educator role will have:
*A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery or childcare experience in an Early Years setting
*A genuine passion for early years education and child development
*A loyal, enthusiastic, and committed approach
*Patience, friendliness, and the ability to work as part of a strong team
*Commitment to inclusive practice and outdoor learning
*Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
*Eligibility to work in the UK
