Level 3 Early Years Educator – Twyford, Reading, Berkshire, RG10
Salary: £13.00–£14.62 per hour
Hours: Full-time 40–42.5 hours per week over 4–5 days
Contract: Permanent, All year round
We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our rural nursery in Twyford.
The Nursery has outdoor spaces including meadows and forest school areas. Our curriculum and ethos focus on outdoor play, so as a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will spend much of your time working outside in the open spaces.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to deliver creative learning experiences, support children’s development, and contribute to a positive nursery culture.
Responsibilities
*Deliver the EYFS curriculum to a high standard, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
*Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with EYFS outcomes
*Create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that inspire curiosity and exploration
*Maintain high standards of health and safety, safeguarding, and hygiene at all times
*Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child’s individual needs
*Promote a positive, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery
*Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments as part of your role as an Early Years Practitioner
About You
*A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery or childcare experience as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator
*A genuine passion for early years education and child development
*A loyal, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
*A patient, friendly personality and strong teamwork skills
*Commitment to inclusive practice and outdoor learning
*Excellent communication skills with parents, carers, and colleagues
*Eligibility to work in the UK
