This is a hands-on, site-based role involving regular contractor meetings, reviewing risk assessments, and support for new projects. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to grow in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities:
*Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee contracts from initiation to termination, ensuring compliance with obligations and alignment with legal and company standards.

*Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, service levels, and outcomes; regularly review performance, document findings, and report to leadership.
*Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
