Sales Executive / Telemarketer

Based in Crawley (office based)
£30,000 - £34,000 plus bonus and up £6,000 per annum for KPI’s achieved

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Telemarketer to join a leading business within the education sector based in Crawley area on a permanent contract.
You will be a confident and proactive individual, helping to generate new business opportunities and help continue the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
*Booking meetings and managing calendars to ensure schedules are full
*Calling target lists of schools and construction project stakeholders
*KPI’s include 240 calls a month and 24 confirmed meetings
*Generating new contacts within organisations and project teams
*Following up on meetings and enquiries
*Scheduling and tracking follow-up tasks
*Conducting pre-meeting calls with potential clients
*Flagging stalled or inactive deals and prospects
*Supporting Business Development Managers with timely follow-ups
*Handling inbound web chat enquiries
Key Requirements:
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Ideally experienced in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling
*Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
