Are you looking for a new challenge in the Not For Profit sector in a newly created role?
My client has created this new role as Finance Business Partner due to a recent restructure and growth within the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of the department, the FBP will be responsible for;
*Provide financial insights to support business planning and decision-making processes.
*Manage and oversee treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash flow and investment management.
*Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyse performance.
*Prepare and present detailed management reports to senior stakeholders.
*Support budgeting and forecasting activities across departments.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
*Collaborate with various teams to drive financial efficiency and value for money.
*Identify and mitigate financial risks within business operations.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or relevant experience gained in a similar role/sized organisation
*Good Management Accounting skills
*Cashflow management experience.
*Ideally experience in financial planning, analysis, and treasury management.
*Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
*Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
*Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
*Commitment to working within the not-for-profit sector
Job Offer
*Salary of £52,108 per annum.
*Excellent pension paying up to 12% employers contributions.
*25 days annual leave rising to 30 after 3 years
*Hybrid working arrangement promoting work-life balance. no set days in the office
*Permanent position within a professional and supportive organisation.
