An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join a growing UK immigration practice in Oxfordshire. This role offers the chance to support corporate clients across a broad range of UK Business Immigration matters, including Skilled Worker, Global Mobility, and Sponsor Compliance.

*Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end Skilled Worker visa applications, including assessments and document preparation
*Assist with Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing sponsor management
*Prepare and submit Global Business Mobility applications (Senior/Specialist Worker, Graduate Trainee, UK Expansion Worker, Service Supplier)
*Advise on Business Visitor rules and permissible activities
*Support Sponsor Compliance matters, including SMS reporting and deadline tracking
*Assist with Global Talent endorsement and visa applications
*Conduct legal research and stay up to date with UKVI and Home Office changes
*Liaise with corporate stakeholders to gather documentation
*Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with Home Office requirements
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal within immigration
*Experience supporting Skilled Worker and Sponsor Licence applications
*Strong understanding of UKVI and Home Office processes
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Able to commute to Oxfordshire and work on-site at least 3 days per week
