Job Description:
Specification & Data Management Specialist - Europe Foods (R&D) Location: Leicester UK | Full-Time

You’ll sit at the heart of innovation, data accuracy, and sustainability - shaping products enjoyed by millions.
What You’ll Be Doing *Own and manage product specifications (ingredient, formula, label, finished goods).
*Digitise and update technical data to support new product launches.
*Run SAP specification workflows and keep data accurate, clean, and audited.
*Partner with Product Development, TDC, Commercialisation & Supply Chain to keep projects moving.
*Enable accurate BOM setup and help ensure full traceability for manufacturing.
*Support sustainability goals (PEP+) by embedding design and ingredient changes into specifications.
*Prepare and maintain data required for BRC/GFSI compliance to keep products on shelves.
*Identify process improvements and contribute to R&D digital transformation.
What You Bring *Strong attention to detail and passion for quality data.
*Experience with SAP, PLM, or other specification systems (or strong learning agility).
*Background in food science, chemistry, QA/QC, regulatory, or product development (preferred).
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
*Confident communicator who enjoys cross-functional and multicultural teamwork.
*Solid English skills (written & verbal) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
