Location: BS13
Building: Commercial Office
Role type: Temp to perm role
£20.03 umbrella PAYE
32k per year Perm
40 hours per week
8-5 Mon to Fri
Hays are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Fabric / Handyperson to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out general maintenance tasks across the office block.
*Repair and maintain taps, siphons, drains, and tanks.
*Unblock toilets and drainage systems.
*Adjust and repair door closers and hinges.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in maintenance engineering.
*Plumbing skills essential.
*Ability to work independently and respond to urgent issues.
This is a temporary role offering an immediate start and is temp to perm
