*Deliver monthly face-to-face investigative clinics to help officers learn, reflect and problem-solve.
*Strengthen OIC/ISVA partnerships to promote a victim-centred response and minimise disengagement.

Partnership Working
*Build strong working relationships with CPS RASSO lawyers.
*Enhance communication and collaboration between police investigators and prosecution teams.
*Support supervisors with management of evidence, ensuring a trauma-informed, victim-focused approach.
Essential Requirements
*PIP2 accredited
*Extensive experience conducting serious and complex investigations
*Skilled in PIP2-standard interviews of victims, witnesses and suspects
*Strong working knowledge of DG6, CPIA, and Op Soteria principles
