Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an organised and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our centralised finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in daily accounting operations, from managing ledgers to handling expenses and timesheets.
Key Responsibilities:*Accurately process sales and purchase invoices
*Provide expense and payroll support, including weekly expense claims, mileage, and manufacturing timesheets
*Assist with reconciliations, including credit card reconciliations and ledger corrections
*Problem solve and respond to queries from suppliers and customers
Skills & Experience:*Prior experience with administrative accounting tasks or invoice processing
*Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
*Comfortable using basic accounting software and Microsoft Excel
*Motivated, proactive, and takes pride in delivering first-time accuracy
*AAT study support provided – progress your accounting career while you work
*Own transport required due to office location
