In this role you will support the People Team and partner the Heads of Business in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing professional and timely HR advice and ensure that HR governance and legal requirements are met.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, your role will include: *HR Strategy - Assist in the design, development and implementation of business-driven people strategies that align with business goals – global and local.
*Employee Relations - Provide guidance and support on a wide range of people matters, which could include conflict resolution, conduct and capability, performance and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion matters. Always sharing best practice and knowledge across the business.
*Performance management - Provide advice and assistance when required and ensure consistency and compliance are maintained.
*Attraction & Onboarding - Working in partnership with the People Team and the business develop robust and commercially driven strategies for finding, keeping and growing the organisations talent
*HR Analytics - Assist in the co-design of future people dashboards and have the ability to provide insight on a range of people data metrics
*Change Management - Support various business change initiatives and continuously build a culture of continuous improvement across the people agenda
*Projects - Participate and lead in various projects which could include Colleague Wellbeing, EDI, Legal and other business driven requirements.

We would love to hear from you if you have a CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent degree-level relevant qualification, with experience in a similar role in a large organisation. You will have experience delivering HR projects that support strategy development and implementation in a similar business environment, coupled with sound generalist knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
