We’re now looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Must drive and have own car to carry out property inspections
Available to start straight away
20 days holiday, plus we are closed all bank holidays and a couple of extra days given at Christmas
Deposits:
*Check out reports – reviewing the reports to ensure they are ready and accurate to send to the landlord and tenant.
*Arranging quotes for maintenance and cleaning, whether that is tenant or landlord responsibility.
*Ensure you are acting promptly when check out reports are received, as some tenancies have a 1 day turn around promptness Is key.
*TDS – raising formal disputes with TDS who insure the deposit, ensuring you comply with deadlines set out by TDS.
*Negotiating with both tenant and landlord to come to a mutual agreement, before proceeding with disputes.
Utilities:
*Updating utility providers when tenants move out/in
*Ensuring the void period is paid by the landlord and the dates are correct.
Empty management Checks:
*Attending the property every 2 weeks to perform a check to ensure there are no leaks, run taps etc and collect post.
*Ensure that the utilities and meter readings are covered and provided to suppliers.
