Private Client Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £55,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to handle high-quality work, contribute to team leadership, and play a meaningful role in the continued development of the practice. JOB REF:2849

THE ROLE:
• You will manage a varied caseload and work with a broad client base, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and agricultural clients.
• Your caseload will include estate administration, lifetime tax and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and business clients, Wills, trusts, and wealth structuring and elderly client matters and later-life planning
• Supervising more junior members of the team.
• Participating in business development and networking events.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• Strong experience across estate administration, succession planning, and private wealth matters
• STEP qualification would be advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• A highly organised and detail-focused working style
• Ability to manage deadlines and remain calm under pressure
