JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

SALARY: £60-70K + Benefits
THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate team. The team acts for a wide range of clients including investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities, and is known for the quality and breadth of its work. The role offers an excellent balance of public and private sector matters, with exposure to retail leases and agreements, mixed-use development projects and transactional support on high-value deals. You will work closely with senior Fee Earners while also taking responsibility for matters autonomously as your experience allows, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You will be part of a large, cross-office real estate practice, while being firmly embedded within the Berkshire team. The firm places a strong emphasis on long-term client relationships, encouraging a sustainable work/life balance and providing an excellent platform for building a strong regional profile over time.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have gained commercial property experience at a leading regional or national firm, with exposure to good quality real estate work. Experience of retail leasing, development matters and, ideally, property finance will be advantageous. You will be confident, personable and commercially minded, with strong technical ability and excellent communication skills. A willingness to get involved in business development, build client relationships and contribute to the wider success of the team is essential, along with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
