OVERVIEW:
• The firm are accepting applications from Qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives, with solid technical expertise in Private Client matters.

• STEP qualification, or progress toward achieving it, is highly advantageous.

• You will manage an independent caseload covering wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration for High Net Worth clients (including taxable estates), and the administration of intestate estates, requiring a strong knowledge of intestacy rules.

• Additionally, you will have a solid understanding of the principles of tax affecting trusts at creation and throughout the trust’s lifetime, including the establishment and administration of Life Interest and Discretionary Trusts, and the mechanisms for collapsing Discretionary Trusts.

• The successful candidate will be ambitious, with a strong interest in business development and networking, a commitment to delivering excellent client service and care, and a high level of attention to detail.
