Liverpool Street | Corporate Office | Temporary position
Global real estate company based in Liverpool Street requires a highly efficient Receptionist. This is a full-time temporary position, working within a professional, fast paced head office environment.
The Role:
You will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. Confidence and the ability to manage varying workloads is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
*Taking accurate messages and following up where needed
*Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating special requests
*Arranging refreshments for meetings and events
*Keeping meeting rooms clean, tidy and presentable
*Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
*Booking taxis via company accounts
*Ensuring reception and communal areas remain professional and well-presented
*Supporting with ad-hoc admin tasks during quieter periods
What They’re Looking For:
*Previous corporate reception or front-of-house experience
*Switchboard experience
*Strong administrative skills
*Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
*Professional telephone manner
*Well-presented with excellent communication skills
*Calm under pressure and able to manage changing demands
*Strong customer service mindset
