Job Description:
Pratap Partnership are recruiting an experienced Finance Manager/Management Accountant on an exclusive basis for a well-established, innovative, precision manufacturing company based in East Yorkshire.

The job:
The purpose of the Finance Manager/Management Accountant is to provide support to the Managing Director and a full-time Finance Assistant whilst ensuring the timely production of management accounts.
*Preparation of management accounts, including accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations etc
*Providing key reports to the Senior Management Team
*Weekly cashflow reporting
*CIS submissions
*Revenue recognition
*Bank reconciliations
*Processing supplier payments
*Processing weekly and monthly payroll
*Assisting with process improvements
*Other ad hoc duties as required
The person:
*Previous experience is required.
*The ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive and take ownership is essential.
*Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
*You must be IT literate with strong Excel skills.
*Knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage.
