Job Description:
Are you a passionate and experienced Content Lead, looking for an exciting opportunity to take charge of a major account? Our client is a dynamic creative agency and publishing house in Cambridge, specialising in content creation, digital marketing and design, for high-profile clients. They are looking to recruit a confident and experienced Content Lead to join their team and help grow one of their new major American clients. This is a new role with bags of opportunity to develop and the chance to put your stamp on the role. The position offers hybrid working from their Cambridge office.
About the Role
As a pivotal member of the team some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Managing Content Strategy by ensuring a regular flow of content that aligns with the strategic needs and agreed taxonomy of their client’s platform.
*Handling day-to-day interactions with the organisation’s client, third party contributors and your team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
*Creating engaging content, in keeping with Shop USA guidelines and agreed house style, and plan and deliver compelling articles
*Attending regular Teams/Zoom calls with the client and be present at face-to-face meetings in US time as needed, offering updates as required.
*Participating in strategy days, bringing innovative ideas relevant to their client’s marketing approach.
*Monitoring market activities to enable provision of a detailed view of existing opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Content Lead, who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The successful person will have proven experience in delivering successful, compelling content campaigns and managing third-party contributors. You will be adept at planning and creating engaging content tailored for external clients and possess strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams. An understanding of market dynamics to identify opportunities and contribute to strategic discussions is essential.
