Full Time – School Hours
Reception Class
SEN Experience Essential
£110–£125 per day
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a supportive primary school in Highbury. This full-time position is based within a Reception class and follows school hours.
The successful Level 3 Early Years Educator will support children at a key stage of their development, delivering high-quality learning in line with the EYFS framework. Strong SEN experience is essential, as you will be working closely with pupils who require additional support.
Requirements:*Full and relevant Level 3 qualification
*Proven SEN experience (ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs)
*Strong understanding of EYFS
*Excellent behaviour management skills
*Ability to work effectively within a team
Responsibilities:*Support teaching and learning within the Reception class
*Deliver targeted SEN interventions
*Observe, assess, and monitor pupil progress
*Build positive relationships with parents and staff
*Maintain safeguarding and inclusive practice standards
