ER Advisor, £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, 12 Month FTC, Manchester (Hybrid)
Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a purpose led organisation who are looking for an ER Advisor to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will function to support managers with ER issues across a multi-site organisation.
Main duties include:
*Managing a varied caseload of ER matters, ranging from high-volume to complex.
*Coaching and supporting people managers through formal processes.
*Ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with employment law and internal policy
*Providing regular updates on case progress and performance to key stakeholders
*Collaborating within a team of ER Advisors to drive consistency and improvement
*Contributing to building management capability to support delivery of strategic goals
The ideal candidate will have:
*Solid working knowledge of UK employment law
*CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
*Proven experience managing a high-volume and complex ER caseload
*Experience operating in a multi-site, diverse organisation
*Excellent communication skills.
*A collaborative and stakeholder-focused approach
This role would suit someone agile and passionate about delivering a high-quality Employee Relations service.
