Description
*Lead and supervise audit teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to junior colleagues
*Review audit files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistently high standards.
*Identify key operational issues for clients, recommending practical solutions while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
*Act as the primary liaison between clients and management throughout the audit process.
*Prepare audit files in line with the firm’s audit manual for managerial review.
*Perform detailed technical work with a focus on delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative and supportive environment.
*Approach complex technical matters with confidence, commercial awareness, and initiative.
Profile
*ACCA or ACA qualified
*3+ years of audit experience, ideally with at least 12 months of ’in-charging’ experience
*Confident communicator, able to motivate and guide junior team members
