We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to attend the Worthing office.
Equiniti Corporate Dealing (ECD) is a Middle Office department, managing complex and often high value transactions on behalf of;
* Certificated/Bereavement introducing intermediaries
* Bespoke Share Plan Dealing Corporate accounts
* Corporate Employee Benefit Trusts and Corporate/Institutional clients
* High Net Worth clients
Role Summary You will support the successful operational planning and delivery of key tasks, using/developing specialist knowledge and liaising with key stakeholders. The role will cover a minimum of two ECD products, focusing specifically on Bereavement and Certificated trading and Share Plan Dealing. There may be a requirement to extend into other products on team.
Core duties and responsibilities: * Be an integral part of the team performing operational work processes and activities
* Work autonomously, undertaking BAU work across multiple products.
* Prepare/place market orders accurately in accordance with COBS/CASS regulations
* Perform multiple daily verification and authorisation functions.
* Oversee/conduct client holding validation with internal/external Registrars
* Work in conjunction with the Manager to achieve department goals.
* Represent ECD when communicating with Clients/Relationship Directors
* Expected to take a broad perspective to problems and implement solutions.
Skills, Attributes and Behaviour: * Have in depth knowledge of your current discipline, gained through job-related training and considerable work experience.
* Be able to work independently with minimal guidance within established procedures and practices.
* Act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others where required.
* Diligent and attentive to detail - essential for authorisation/validation processes
* Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
* An intermediate knowledge level of Excel is desirable
* Adopt a flexible approach to working hours when volumes dictate.
