SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Islington - ASAP Start - Full Time - Long Term - £90-£110 Per Day (dependent on experience)
*SEN Teaching Assistant required in Islington
*SEN Teaching Assistant required to start ASAP
*SEN Teaching Assistant required to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD in KS2
*Previous SEN experience essential

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with ASD. You will play a key role in providing a nurturing environment, ensuring the pupil feels safe, supported, and included within the classroom. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will help implement tailored strategies to support learning, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour. The ideal candidate will be positive, empathetic and motivated, with a strong understanding of how to adapt learning to meet individual needs. Prior experience working with pupils with SEN is essential.
