We are seeking an experienced and highly organised School Business Manager to join a welcoming primary faith school in Barkingside. This is a long-term, full-time, office-based position supporting the Senior Leadership Team with both the strategic and operational management of the school.
The successful candidate will have strong experience across school finance, HR, premises, and compliance, ideally within an education setting. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the school, supporting leadership in achieving both operational and strategic objectives.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience as a School Business Manager
*Strong knowledge of school finance, HR, compliance, and premises management
*Essential experience working within a school environment
*Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work effectively as part of a Senior Leadership Team
