*Experience leading large-scale, complex, matrixed transformation programmes, ideally across multiple functions.
*Strong capability in change impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder engagement, and building end-to-end change strategies.
*Comfortable working with operating models, process design, and partnering closely with design/optimisation teams.
*Strong knowledge of organisational development principles and practices.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
*Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
*Experience working in a complex change and transformation seat.
