*Oversee and manage quality control processes across engineering and manufacturing projects.
*Review and overhaul current quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, ITPs, quality plans, checklists, and records)
*Deploy practical QC gates from incoming inspection through assembly, stripdown, repair, assembly, test, and final release.
*Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
*Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
*Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
*Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
*Analyse data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
*Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
*Support training efforts to promote a culture of quality within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:
*A strong background in quality engineering within the industrial manufacturing industry.
*Proven experience in quality control, audits, and process improvement.
*Solid knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
*A results-driven approach with attention to detail.
