We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team in Archway.
This is a full-time position during school hours, working within our 2-year-old provision, supporting children at a crucial stage of their early development.
Requirements:*Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
*Experience working with 2-year-olds
*Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
*Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:*Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to 2-year-olds
*Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
*Observe, assess and track progress in line with EYFS
*Work in partnership with parents and carers
*Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
