Our client, a privately owned dealership is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their newly refurbed dealership in Reading.


This is a high-performing, newly refurbished dealership within a well-established and respected dealer group, offering a busy, high-footfall environment and a strong product range. This creates an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to capitalise on consistent enquiry levels, lead from the front in a modern showroom setting, and maximise earning potential within a driven and supportive sales team.


What You’ll Do as a Senior Sales Executive:
*Engage customers with a consultative and friendly sales approach
*Matching customers’ needs to the relevant finance sources.
*Match customers with the perfect vehicle, whether petrol, hybrid, or electric
*Represent vehicles that combine advanced tech, stylish design, and affordability
*Guide Motability Scheme customers through a seamless and supportive buying journey
*Work towards monthly sales targets and earn generous commission
*Support the sales team, working closely with the sales manager
*Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism


What We’re Looking For in a Senior Sales Executive:
*Previous experience in Car Sales
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
*Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
*Full UK driving licence required
