*Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching
*Excellent classroom management skills
*Ability to engage students with a variety of learning styles
*Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
*A commitment to continuous professional development
