Pear Recruitment - Lettings Manager - Whitechapel
Salary - £40,000 - OTE £60,000
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm
Driver – Pool car available
Our client, an independent estate agency based in Whitechapel, is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team.
As a Lettings Manager, you will be at the forefront of the property market, engaging with a diverse range of clients and overseeing a team of Negotiators and Property Managers.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, strong communication skills are equally important.
Key responsibilities include:
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Ensuring targets are met and exceeded
*Overseeing the lettings process from start to finish
*Implementing strategies to drive business growth
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
*Proven experience in a similar role within the estate agency sector
*Strong leadership and team management skills
