Are you highly organised, customer-focused and looking to build a long-term career in a supportive sales environment? We’re recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a growing, professional team where you’ll play a key role in supporting sales and account management activities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of activity, communicating with customers and colleagues, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
The RoleAs Sales Administrator, you’ll act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams. You’ll support the sales function by coordinating enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout their journey.
You’ll be encouraged to build product and service knowledge over time and will have exposure to multiple areas of the business, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning and developing.
Key Responsibilities*Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
*Coordinating and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
*Raising and tracking internal tickets for technical or operational queries
*Preparing quotations and supporting the sales team with proposals
*Processing customer orders accurately through internal systems
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of orders and projects
*Maintaining customer records, pricing information and sales documentation
*Supporting sales reporting and performance tracking
*Managing diaries, follow-ups and customer communications
*Attending sales and marketing meetings and contributing ideas and updates
*Communicating customer feedback internally
*Liaising with suppliers and keeping up to date with product developments
About You*Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
*Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
*Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
*Comfortable using Outlook and CRM or database systems
*A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others
*Keen to learn and develop knowledge in a technology-driven environment
*Aligned with a collaborative, service-led company culture
The Package*Salary: £27,000 per annum
*Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after two years
*Pension scheme (available after 3 months)
