Science Teacher - Immediate StartWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Maidstone, Kent from 20th April 2026 through to the end of the academic year.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) and would suit a committed professional who is confident delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Specialists in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics are all welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons in line with the national curriculum

*Teach engaging and differentiated lessons to support learners of all abilities

*Mark and assess student work in accordance with school policies

*Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support achievement

*Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

*Uphold safeguarding and behaviour management standards

Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

*Proven UK experience teaching Science at secondary level

*Strong subject knowledge in at least one Science specialism

*Availability to work full-time (5 days per week)

*Commitment to planning, preparation, and marking
