Key Responsibilities
*Provide strong and visible leadership across the school
*Champion the safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils and staff
*Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and outcomes
*Manage school resources effectively and strategically
*Work collaboratively with governors, staff, parents, and the wider community
*Maintain and promote the school’s values, culture, and long term vision
The Ideal Candidate
*Proven senior leadership experience within a primary setting
*A track record of raising standards and improving outcomes
*Excellent communication, people management, and organisational skills
*A commitment to inclusive practice and a child centred approach
*A strategic thinker with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others
