To help grow retain and grow our current base of accounts, we are looking for an IT Account Manager within an hour of our Telford Office
IT Account Manager
£35,000 + OTE
Up to Double OTE.
Hybrid Working
Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
As an IT Desk Based Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing, retaining, upselling and cross selling into our existing base of accounts. You will manage around 50 SME clients, keeping in regular contact, ensuring out clients are happy with the services provided, and finding sales opportunities within that.
Experience required:
Experience in BaaS, Remote Support, Managed Services, MDR Solutions and Cyber Security.
Confident account manager, with a background and track record of growing existing accounts
2+ years experience in IT Account Management
Other requirements:
Must be willing to commute to Telford office when required.
