Conveyancing Fee Earner – High-Value Work – Altrincham

An excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a prestigious, highly regarded law firm in Altrincham.
This is a firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering first-class service to its clients – many of whom are wealthy local individuals. The conveyancing work is focused exclusively on high-value residential properties, giving you exposure to some of the most interesting and rewarding transactions in the market.

Candidate Requirements:
*Ideally Solicitor or Legal Executive qualified (not essential)
*3+ years’ experience managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
*Strong knowledge of title complexities and ability to manage cases of varying difficulty
*Proven ability to handle a full caseload of conveyancing files with minimal supervision
