The Role
An Ofsted-rated ’Good’ secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join them from February 2026 on a supply basis. You will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and well-sequenced lessons that develop students’ understanding of physical and human geography, as well as key fieldwork and enquiry skills.
This role includes full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking and assessment, with a strong focus on GCSE preparation and raising attainment across mixed-ability groups.

The Candidate
You must hold QTS or be an ECT with secure subject knowledge and confident classroom management. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable and able to deliver lessons that challenge and support students effectively. Experience teaching GCSE Geography and understanding exam board requirements is desirable.
