About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Transition Consultant to provide full-time and short-term capacity ( 6 weeks) during the transition of low-level HR casework from the Advisory Team into HR Operations. This temporary role plays a key part in enabling a smooth transfer of responsibilities, ensuring continuity of service, and supporting the implementation of our revised HR operating model.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong case management, process, and policy capability who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting the mapping, documentation, and embedding of new processes
*Working closely with the Advisory Team to analyse existing low-level casework, defining categories and thresholds and support the development of a low-level casework framework
*Contributing to the triage, routing and documentation improvements within the HR Operations function
*Supporting process mapping, documentation and continuous improvement activities
*Training and guiding the HR Operations team on the management of low-level casework
*Advising on simple policy interpretation and reinforcing a self-service model
*Supporting case triage, routing, queries, and documentation
*Contributing to continuous improvement as we refine our tiered service delivery model

What We’re Looking For
*Strong HR operations & employee relations experience
*Proven experience managing low-level casework and HR queries
*Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and statutory requirements
*Ability to analyse and map processes with a high degree of accuracy
*Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
*Ability to prioritise effectively and work at pace during a period of transition
*Ability to work at a pace while maintaining attention to detail
*Experience of training or coaching others
*Experience in project or transition environments
*Experience in a tiered HR service model (preferred but not essential)
