Job Description:
My client is a highly successful and established event management company who work in partnership with their clients who include several blue chip organisations, to deliver conferences and events on a global basis.
They now have a great opportunity for someone to join their team in a varied administration and event organising support role and the position will involve a wide range of duties in a positive team environment.
The role will include the following:
*Production of event start-up admin - research of times/dates for events, flight itineraries and visa requirements
*Preparation of event specific spreadsheets, databases and delegate invitation letters
*Edit and content management of event websites
*Liaise with delegates, collate and process responses
*Support delegates with flight bookings, accommodation and production of delegate materials
*Support for event team and delegates at events (in person and virtual)
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, will have great communication skills and some administration experience as well as good PC skills.
Training is provided and this is a great opportunity to develop a career in a professional events organisation in a smart office environment.
Location: Twickenham/Richmond
Salary: c.£25k - £26k
