Role & Responsibilities
*Reporting into the General Manager
*Supporting depot operations while maximising sales performance and profitability.
*Performance reviews and coaching to create a high performing team environment.
*Manage daily hire desk activities and improve customer service standards
*Maintain excellent service delivery and coordinate transport activities within the depot
*Ensure efficient and cost-effective use of vehicles and hauliers
*Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a strong safety culture
*Ensure accurate stock records
*Maintain operational availability
Skills & Experience Required
*Minimum of 2 years hire desk experience
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
*Experience in plant hire, construction or related industries
