A General Manager is required to take full control of a high-energy leisure and hospitality venue in Glasgow South.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a General Manager
*Leading and developing reception, bar, security and event teams to drive performance
*Taking full ownership of revenue growth through local sales and marketing initiatives
*Maximising off-peak and weekend trading opportunities
*Maintaining tight financial controls including cash handling and stock management
*Overseeing compliance, health & safety and operational reporting
*Recruiting, coaching and managing supervisory and management team members

What you’ll bring to the table as a General Manager
*Previous experience in a General or Duty Manager role within leisure or hospitality
*Proven track record of driving multi-stream revenue performance
*Strong operational management across bar, events or leisure environments
*Experience managing budgets, stock control and financial reporting
*Knowledge of compliance, health & safety and site-level regulatory standards

Hours: 40 per week, flexible including evenings and weekends
