This full time, permanent role sits at the heart of a busy function that underpins the organisations research resources, knowledge systems, and operational efficiency. If you take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy creating order, solving problems, and keeping systems running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing Working closely with senior team members, you’ll play a key role in keeping the Research Services function running seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
*Onboarding users and managing access to research tools and databases
*Maintaining internal systems, SharePoint pages, and research portals
*Supporting acquisitions, subscriptions, and invoice processing
*Keeping resources updated and organised stock, materials, logins, and more
*Responding to day to day research or information requests
*Ensuring data accuracy and smooth system workflows
