Unqualified Teacher: £29,294
Qualified Teacher: £31,885 - £40,814 per year

Contract Type: Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
*Teach and assess learners across Automotive programmes (including Level 1–3)
*Deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons covering vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, electrical systems, and emerging automotive technologies
*Support learners to develop industry-ready technical skills, problem-solving ability, and safe working practices
*Create inclusive, well-organised workshop and classroom environments
*Monitor learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
*Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and learner wellbeing


What You’ll Bring
*A relevant level 3 qualification or above in Automotive Engineering, Motor Vehicle Technology, or a closely related discipline
*Strong industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle systems
*Experience training, mentoring, or supporting learners or apprentices
*A commitment to high-quality, student-centred teaching
*A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to gain it while you work
