Key Responsibilities*Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality and leisure sectors
*Build strong working relationships with key national suppliers and existing members
*Promote additional opportunities and solutions to drive engagement and sales growth
*Support membership growth and commercial performance across your region
*Work collaboratively with Procurement Managers, Customer Service, and senior leadership teams
*Conduct client meetings and maintain consistent account engagement
*Deliver a consultative, customer-focused approach to business development
*Manage your own diary, territory, and pipeline effectively
*Contribute to overall business growth and strategic objectives
About YouWe are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual who is eager to build a long-term career in business development and field sales.
Essential:
*Recent or current experience in business development, field sales, or a client-facing commercial role
*Experience within hospitality, food & drink, leisure, or a related B2B environment (preferred)
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Driven, self-motivated, and results-focused mindset
*Confident, professional, and customer-centric approach
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
*Adaptability and willingness to learn internal systems and processes

*Previous experience working within hospitality venues (e.g. hotels, bars, restaurants, leisure sites)
*Understanding of supplier partnerships or commercial account development
