Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST3)
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Bonus: £1,000 upon achieving Good or above Ofsted rating

An established children’s residential care provider is seeking a Registered Manager for a 4-bed EBD home currently rated GOOD by Ofsted.
The home is operational and currently supports 2 young people.
Duties:*Register with Ofsted and maintain compliance with Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
*Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
*Lead the day-to-day management of the home
*Oversee care planning and risk management
*Manage staffing levels, rotas and budgets
*Maintain and improve Ofsted standards
Requirements:*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards within required timeframe)
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting (within last 5 years)
*At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
*Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspection framework
*Experience supporting children with EBD
On-call: Rotational basis (2–3 days).
