Working within a small finance team, you’ll provide day-to-day support across transactional accounting activities, helping to ensure records are maintained correctly and queries are resolved efficiently.
What the role involves*Processing supplier and customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
*Supporting weekly expense claims, mileage submissions, and manufacturing timesheets
*Assisting with payroll-related administration
*Carrying out credit card reconciliations and supporting general ledger maintenance
*Investigating and responding to finance queries from suppliers and customers
*Helping to maintain organised and accurate financial documentation
The type of person we’re looking for*Previous experience in accounts administration or invoice processing
